Our franchise model 'BLASTED OFF' in early 2015 with the first two franchises sold into the Auckland area. Since then we have arguably become the fastest growing Independent property management company in New Zealand. With several owner/operator businesses across the North and South Islands and more to come we are on target to reach our stated goal of being New Zealand's most recognised and trusted name in property management.

Each of our Propertyscouts offices operates under a comprehensive, best practice framework. We undergo regular training to ensure that we keep abreast of the ever-changing legal landscape. It's taken fourteen years to build the enviable reputation we have, and we are very cognisant of how easily that could be damaged. Each of us is a member of the RPMI (Residential Property Management Institute) which has a very robust code of ethics and disciplinary process. As well, each Propertyscouts owner and any of their staff must abide by strict rules of practice, with significant consequences for non-compliance.
