Brad and Rebecca are the owners of Propertyscouts Invercargill. As property investors for the last 10 years, they are excited to bring the successful Nationwide Property Management Franchise to the South.

As their own Property Investment portfolio increased, they soon realised there was a market for a professional, independent property management service in Invercargill. Rebecca is a proud Southlander. After growing up in a family business and growing into the role of assistant manager she soon helped her parents into retirement and became the face of Autoplex, where she enjoyed the interaction with the public and building lasting relationships in the industry.

After a long time in her role at Autoplex it was time to move on to a new challenge. After starting their investment portfolio in 2005 and building numerous new homes, property management had became a part-time passion and after some research of the local market seen a gap where she could provide an independant professional property management service to other investors alike.

She looks forward to the challenge of getting great Southland people into comfortable houses they can call home.

Brad is a born and breed Southlander with a background in Mechanical Engineering but a passion for property investment. After starting their portfolio in 2005 this gave the platform, insight and a thirst for further property investment. After many new builds and renovations, they built up their own property portfolio. “We love what property has to offer and enjoy providing quality homes to those who rent them”.
Research of the local market seen a gap for providing an independent professional property management service to other investors alike. After meeting Milton Weir of Propertyscouts Dunedin they were immediately impressed by the systems and measures Milton had developed to ensure that investors were receiving a top quality service time and time again.
Brad looks forward to the development of Propertyscouts Invercargill where they have set the foundations to provide a top level professional service.

Jodi joined the Propertyscouts team back in 2016 intially carrying out inspections but soon become full time and is enjoying the role.

Jodi comes with experience in a variety of roles and administrative positions. She has a passion for the region and what Southland has to offer and really enjoys the wide range of personal interaction property management brings. I love working with people and property management certainly provides that.

Chris joined the team in 2018, moving back from sunny Cromwell. Chris has previous experience in customer service and business.

She has renovated multiple properties with great results as she loves the challange of bringing property back to its original glory, preferring the older "pretty" homes with character to be enhanced.

Chris has 2 grown children, and enjoys cooking, sewing and travelling.

Carmel is well experienced in the world of Property Management Administration, she brings a wealth of experience to the Propertyscouts Team making sure all the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed.
She has a passion for Southland nature walks and loves her dogs and cat. She and her husband have often rescued animals in need with help from those wonderful non-profit organisations.

Sharon Mitchell, Office Administration

Sharon joins the Propertyscouts Team part-time as the smiley face at the front desk and to help take care of the day to day administration.

With a long background in office administration she brings a skill set that compliments the team delivering the professional service that Propertyscouts is built on.

Sharon also supports her Husband with their Joinery Business and is kept busy taking care of their lifestyle block and 2 teenage boys.
